Good news, Masterminders! EVERYONE is now registered with our new teleconference system, and if you don't remember registering, that's because we did it for you.

You will find your personal identification number (PIN) for the calls in your Member Profile, as well as your personal link to our online interface where you can see who is on the call, live chat with me, and even see any documents we're sharing.

Some of you have had issues with email and text updates for wrong times, etc. Email and text updates are already be turned off for the majority of members. If you are still getting email or text messages from Calliflower, login to your Profile on the Mastermind membersite. Click on your individual Teleconference Link (at the bottom of your profile), which will take you to Calliflower. When at Calliflower, click on Settings, then click on Invitations and Reminders and turn off all email and text messaging.

After that, you might want to bookmark your Calliflower/Teleconference Link in your favorite browser. That way when you click on your bookmark, you will be right at your Calliflower page and ready for all the new and exciting features that Calliflower will give to our phone meetings.

CALENDAR ISSUES
If Calliflower is overwriting your calendar with daily meetings, simply delete the meeting from your calendar, and rely on the membersite orGoogle calendars or the newsletter and weekly emails for times and dates of our meetings.

Masterminders, THANK YOU for all your feedback as we transition to the new conference system. What a nightmare this has been, and I apologize for any inconvenience (and for some of you, it has been considerable--ouch!)!

Some of you reported receiving multiple reminders for today's call, and at the wrong time, and I am so sorry.

We THOUGHT that function was turned off, but discovered otherwise.

Here's what we are working on today:

1. We will register everyone for the system, and distribute your logins, passwords, and unique PINs by email.

2. If you wish to receive meeting reminders by text and/or by email, you can login into Calliflower to access your account, enter you cell number, and check the text reminder box to get a reminder by text, or check the email box to get a reminder by email. (This will make sense when/if you login.)

3. If you do not manually turn on reminders, you will not get them. At least that's what they're telling me.

This change should also take care of the big calendar issue, because rather than schedule one call for all day every day, we are scheduling call by call. Long story, and I will tell you if you are truly interested.

Again: Sorry, we are working on fixing this fiasco, and thank you for bearing with us.

Hey Masterminders,

There was an unexpected result of the new teleconference system: It may add a daily 9 meeting to your calendar!

Oops! I really had no idea, but here's the fix:

1. DO accept the single one-time invitation to the SoHo Mastermind call(s).

2. Remove/delete the event from your calendar if it adds itself to your calendar.

That's it. DON'T decline the invitation because you may not get access to the calls.

I apologize for this unforeseen result of our new teleconference system, but this fix should rectify the problem.

If any new issues arise, PLEASE report them to me to that we can address them. Thanks!

Also You may add the SoHo Mastermind Google calendar to your calendar if you want reminders on your personal calendar.
