The assignment is to complete a draft of your hard copy newsletter, and bring it to our next workshop meeting on July 19. We'll post them on the document review panel in Calliflower so we can all see them. ^_^

Birth Movement Workshop

Register today for this interactive workshop taught by author and certified birth doula, Jun-Nicole Matsushita of Iowa City, Iowa.

During this interactive workshop you will learn about the benefits of movement and mobility during birth. You will practice how to use movement, the birth sling, squat bar and birth ball; how to adjust positions through the stages of labor for both unmedicated and medicated birth. The Birth Movement workshop is intended as a preparation for pregnant women and their birth partners; for doulas, nurses, midwives, obstetricians and others who are interested in learning how to use movement and low-tech methods to promote and support no-to-low intervention hospital births.

I am starting two free book review mastermind groups this week.  We will spend 11 weeks studying and discussing Bob Proctor's "You Were Born Rich" book.  The book is a great introduction into the study of the mind and why we do what we do- and how we can start to make changes. I have seen some amazing things happen with members of past groups and would invite you to join me.  All meetings are 1 hour in duration.
