We just experienced some sort of meltdown on our teleconferencing system, in which apparently nobody could hear me, and I could hear nothing from the folks on the call. I've filed a problem report, and am waiting to find out what the heck happened.

The good news is that the audio from today's call, Essential Systems & Processes, is complete and will be posted in just a minute. You'll find the whole call, including the final 15 minutes, in the Curriculum Materials page.

My apologies for the inconvenience, and my thanks to all you wonderful folks who emailed and called to alert me to the problems.
