    The Women Entrepreneurs Organization of SW Washington presents Small Business Resources from the Library, an informative and interactive presentation highlighting business research tools offered through our local Fort Vancouver Regional Library. Senior Reference Librarian Jennifer Hauan shares resources that provide access to industry profiles, business directories, demographics, business publications, online classes, and more.

    The 5th Annual Inspiring Woman Leaders conference will be held on March 5 in Portland, OR at McMenamin’s Kennedy School, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The conference will feature speakers, workshops and networking to support women in developing their leadership qualities. The conference is held in March each year, in honor of International Woman’s Day.

    The theme for this year’s conference is “Daring to Thrive.” Speakers and workshops will reinforce that topic, including information on business practices, networking, optimal health and marketing. Sunny Pettit, Executive Director for the Center for Women's Leadership at Portland State University will be the keynote speaker.
